Ending Spam - This Idea Has Some Merit

While everyone has their spam filters set to stun, aggressive thinkers are moving to the seek and destroy phase.

An interesting thought that is starting to gain some momentum is the idea that with one click of your mouse you could penalize a spammer financially by setting a dollar value on your time. When you receive uninvited spam, you click the link and the spammer is fined.

The idea is good, but may be a little tough to enforce.
