I just found the TED blog and you should too. The blog is packed with powerful ideas that can not just change your business, but change the world. One post in particular is one from some of the top thinkers in the world and what they are optimistic about in 2007.
Read the TED blog regularly if you want to excel.
If you are really into thinking about change, you need to read the book Change or Die by Alan Deutschman. I'm working on getting him to do an interview that I'll record and archieve for you to listen to. Watch this blog regularly and you can even be on the call live.
TED has incredible videos. There is a presentation by Ray Kurzweil explaining his law of accelerated returns.
