Dave Lakhani and Kevin Hogan's Newest Book On Selling and Sales Management Is Now Available

Selling_book My latest book is called Selling: Powerful New Strategies For Sales Success and we are trying to make it a best seller. If you grab the book today on Amazon and then go here, you'll find a ton of great bonuses just for buying the book.

This book is different than most books you've ever read on selling, first it is co-authored by two of the world's most recognized Persuasion experts (ok, I'm tooting my horn a litte) me and Kevin Hogan. And, we've also brought you 4 other co-authors who have unique experiences that will help you sell more now. Here is what is very interesting, virtually everyone who is writing in this book is involved in selling directly as part of their day to day living. They are sales managers, sales trainers, elite college educators and entrepreneurs. I think once you review what is covered and see what everyone is saying about it that you'll want to get the book right away!

Laptop Giving How To Help Children And Get A Laptop For Your Child

Laptop Laptopgiving.org is one of the coolest programs I've ever seen. If you buy a laptop for a child in an emerging country, you can get one for your child and the donation to get both is less than you paid for your own laptop by a long shot. You can only get one for your child for a very limited time but I'd grab one while they are available.

Education in my opinion is the key to solving most of the long term problems in the world today. This company and the laptop that they manufacture for $100 is a smart move in the right direction.

Even if you don't get a laptop for your child, check out what they are doing, it is amazing.

Then ask yourself, "how can I challenge conventional wisdom and make a difference?"

Ben Mack Deconstructed By Dave Lakhani

I just did something very dangerous, I deconstructed a friend. Frankly, I'm not sure how things will turn out as a result of this but I did it because he is so misunderstood. And frankly, that is partly his fault. Ben lives out loud, he lives his life as a human experiment.

I'm talking about Ben Mack, author of Think Two Products Ahead and Direct Response Branding. Ben is also the person who created the yo-yo craze in the early 90's and took yomega yo-yo from $8 million a year in revenue to $120 million less than twelve months later.

Ben is often criticized for not being understandable, for being too smart and using language that people don't understand. He is also often seen as caustic and confrontational. Yet, for every detractor and there are more than a few, there are many of the people from hundreds of companies for whom Ben has created billions of dollars in increased revenue who hold him in high regard.

In full disclosure, Ben is a friend or at least was at the time of this taping. There is a lot of intensity in this interview, I directly confront and challenge Ben. His opinion of me may have changed, only time will tell. I must warn you, this video contains harsh language and high emotional content, you've been warned.

If you've ever not understood what Ben was saying or ever found yourself saying "What the F*ck Ben?," You'll want to watch this video.

This is Ben Mack Deconstructed.
